The app and its developer
This policy describes Total Widgets (TotalWidgets), the Android app developed by TotalDevel. Contact info@totaldevel.com for app support and privacy requests.

On your device
Your library, widget names, appearance and launcher connections are stored privately on your device. Downloaded images and media are cached privately. TotalWidgets does not request camera, precise location, contacts or broad storage access.
Phone photos
Phone photos stay on your device and are never sent to the API. Android grants access only to pictures you choose. Backups contain photo references, not the original images; choose the photos again after moving to another device. Removing a photo from a widget never deletes its original.
Optional focus alerts
Saved focus timers can send a completion notification and one optional alarm tone. Android notification access and Alarms & reminders are requested only when you choose these alerts. Timers and device readings stay on your phone. Sound respects device volume, Do Not Disturb and notification channels. Trying a sample schedules no background alert.
Connected widgets
The API receives the service, active content fields, language, time zone and refresh revision needed for a request. Searches send the text you type; a selected city is used for weather. Widget names, styles and the rest of your library are not uploaded. Provider credentials stay on the server. Custom text may be sent when it is part of a connected service; never enter passwords or secrets. Your own quotes and native device actions are handled locally.
Images, radio and external apps
Images and radio streams connect directly to their source hosts, which receive normal connection information such as your IP address. Continuous radio uses data while playing, including in the background until you pause or stop it. Source links, maps, calendar, wallpaper and email actions open the apps you choose. Their providers apply their own privacy policies.
Service logs
TotalDevel keeps sanitized operational API logs to diagnose failures. The dashboard uses seven-day retention; local server logs rotate by size. Logs contain request identifiers, service, provider, status and timing, without request bodies, search queries, IP addresses or widget names. Cloudflare and upstream providers process network requests under their own policies; their security logs may have different retention.
Retention cleanup is asynchronous, not a guarantee of deletion exactly after seven days. Infrastructure diagnostics, provider records and operator-held copies may have different retention. Widget requests use https://api.totaldevel.com/android/totalwidgets/v1/.
Backups and deletion
Library data is excluded from Android cloud backup and automatic device transfer. Exported files contain widget settings, text and public URLs; you choose where to save and share them. Import merges records and preserves this device’s launcher placements. Reset widget library deletes saved widgets and disconnects their launcher copies. Android’s Clear storage removes remaining app data and caches; exported files must be deleted separately.
Optional purchases
Google Play processes optional one-time support purchases. TotalWidgets receives the purchase token and status needed to verify and acknowledge the purchase. We do not receive your payment card details. No subscription or feature unlock is required.
Deletion, choices, and privacy requests
App-private storage and HTTPS reduce risk without guaranteeing absolute security. Providers may process information where they operate. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or complaint to a regulator. Contact the support address below; requests are assessed with identity checks where needed and applicable limits explained.
Support email
If you email info@totaldevel.com, the developer receives your email address, message, attachments you choose to include, and the email’s delivery information. This information is used to answer support and privacy requests.
Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming email to the developer’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google. Correspondence remains in that inbox without an automatic deletion deadline, unless the developer deletes it or you request deletion. Send a deletion request to the same support address; the developer handles it manually and will explain any information that must be retained or cannot be removed. Provider backup and security records follow the providers’ own retention practices.
When you visit this policy or the portfolio
This section concerns the website, separately from the Android app. The TotalDevel website serves static HTML, styles, images, and locally hosted fonts. This public policy page has no app account, analytics script, advertising, support form, or embedded third-party content. The page itself sets no cookies and makes no third-party asset requests.
Cloudflare provides HTTPS delivery and security. The website origin is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Origin access logs contain connection addresses, timestamps, requested paths and query strings, response status and size, referring pages, and browser user-agent information. They are used for operation and troubleshooting, are accessible to server administrators, and currently have no automatic time-based deletion deadline.
The portfolio’s homepage, product page, and this privacy page are publicly readable without signing in. Analytics injection is disabled for the website, and its security policy blocks page scripts. Cloudflare security features may process traffic information or set necessary security cookies; see Cloudflare’s cookie information. There is no marketing-cookie acceptance requirement to read this policy.
