Athletics Stats
Privacy Policy

Effective · English

Your library stays in private app storage. Installed athletics lists and photographs work offline. Manual catalog updates and optional Google Play purchases connect to external services.

The app and its developer

TotalDevel develops Athletics Stats for Android, one app with an optional one-time Pro purchase. This policy describes the development version 2.0.0. Support and privacy contact: info@totaldevel.com. There are no app accounts, advertisements, advertising identifiers or developer analytics SDKs.

Local library and Android backup

Saved athletes, performance snapshots, comparison selections, list presets and appearance preferences are processed locally. There is no developer-operated user database or cloud sync. Bundled photographs do not load from remote image servers. Android backup and device transfer may include the library and appearance preferences; downloaded catalogs and the local purchase entitlement cache are excluded. Backup availability and copies depend on Android and your backup provider.

Event Lab and saved reports

Event Lab filters included best marks by nationality and performance year and places a mark you enter only against that bounded snapshot, not a global ranking or prediction. Draft filters, entered marks and report names/notes remain in local state used by Android to restore screens. Saving an analysis or comparison report stores its name, your note, any entered mark and filter, frozen performances, catalog version/date and source/license context in your private library. These saved reports and notes are eligible for Android backup with the library. The app runs this analysis offline and does not send these inputs or reports to an analysis service.

Manual catalog updates

Update now requests a manifest and catalog over HTTPS from catalogs.totaldevel.com/athletics-stats/, hosted through Cloudflare. There is no automatic catalog request at startup. The host and network providers receive your IP address, requested path and ordinary connection metadata; they may retain operational or security records under their own practices. No account, saved library or advertising identifier is attached by the app. No account-specific provider retention period is promised. Installed content remains usable offline.

Optional Pro purchase

Google Play processes the one-time athleticsstats_pro purchase and restoration using your Play account. The app checks purchase status, acknowledges purchases and keeps a local entitlement cache; it does not receive your payment card details or operate a developer payment server. Google retains transaction and service records under its own policy. Pro unlocks unlimited list presets, four-athlete comparisons, offline Event Lab and creation of saved analysis/comparison reports; standard access includes three presets and two-athlete comparisons. This is not a subscription.

Sharing and external sources

Sharing sends the generated performance or report text to an app you choose in the Android share sheet. Shared reports include their names, your notes, any entered mark and cohort filter, saved/catalog dates and version, included athlete marks with nationality, performance date, environment, wind and performance notes, and source/license notices. Source and license links open your browser. Those services receive the content or connection metadata needed for your action and follow their own policies. The app does not request camera, location or contacts access. It uses internet/network-state access and Google Play billing permissions. Catalog and photograph licenses remain separate from this privacy policy; no athlete endorsement is implied.

Deletion, retention and choices

You can keep the app offline and remove saved items in the app. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes private local records, but not Android backups, shared copies, support emails, provider logs or Google Play transactions. Manage those copies with their providers, or contact support about privacy requests. Losing Pro access does not delete saved content. Existing reports remain readable, shareable and removable without Pro. Private storage and HTTPS reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security or end-to-end encryption against providers. Providers may process information where they operate.

Support email

If you email info@totaldevel.com, the developer receives your email address, message, attachments you choose to include, and the email’s delivery information. This information is used to answer support and privacy requests.

Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming email to the developer’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google. Correspondence remains in that inbox without an automatic deletion deadline, unless the developer deletes it or you request deletion. Send a deletion request to the same support address; the developer handles it manually and will explain any information that must be retained or cannot be removed. Provider backup and security records follow the providers’ own retention practices.

When you visit this policy or the portfolio

This section concerns the website, separately from the Android app. The TotalDevel website serves static HTML, styles, images, and locally hosted fonts. This public policy page has no app account, analytics script, advertising, support form, or embedded third-party content. The page itself sets no cookies and makes no third-party asset requests.

Cloudflare provides HTTPS delivery and security. The website origin is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Origin access logs contain connection addresses, timestamps, requested paths and query strings, response status and size, referring pages, and browser user-agent information. They are used for operation and troubleshooting, are accessible to server administrators, and currently have no automatic time-based deletion deadline.

The portfolio’s homepage, product page, and this privacy page are publicly readable without signing in. Analytics injection is disabled for the website, and its security policy blocks page scripts. Cloudflare security features may process traffic information or set necessary security cookies; see Cloudflare’s cookie information. There is no marketing-cookie acceptance requirement to read this policy.
